Everyday when rounding, consulting, or educating I see some pretty concerning infection control concerns. I have to devise a plan for facilities to prevent these types of things from happening again!

The images you see above are from non-disclosed locations I have actually visited myself in my career. You will see above images mostly of scope issues or instrumentation issues.
